In-App Purchases
- LocalNanny offers a one-time premium purchase with no recurring fees
- All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to the App Store’s refund policies
- You can manage your purchases in your App Store account settings

LocalNanny is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The app will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LocalNanny.
